蔡甜子 初次在新加坡过春节,我发现新加坡华人跟中国人庆新年的好多习俗还真是不尽相同。后来,我才知道原来他们跟马来西亚华人庆祝春节的方式是统一的,而且历史也相当悠久。 捞鱼生便是马来西亚乃至东南亚华人在春节的必有菜式。按照风俗,谁把盘子里的生鱼片和蔬菜瓜果丝用筷子夹得更高,谁在来年的各种运气,包括财运等等,便更旺。春节期间,这道菜会风靡华人餐馆。 大扫除、买新衣、送红包、送橘子、登门拜访、玩龙舞狮、挂红灯笼等也都是马来西亚华人庆祝春节的习俗。值得一提的是,红包是由长辈送给晚辈的,照理说,只要你还没结婚,就能继续拿红包。 尽管春节是马来西亚华人节气中唯一被列入国家假日的节气,但是马来西亚华人对其它节气,如中秋节、端午节和清明节,也有隆重的庆祝。 每逢清明节,马来西亚华人都早早起床全家一起前去扫墓。跟中国人过清明节一样,人们除了磕头、烧纸烧香和摆放祭品来祭拜祖先,有些家庭也会燃放鞭炮来驱逐鬼魂。 如果你喜欢本文并且想要了解更多关于去马来西亚旅游的知识,那么请访问马来西亚旅游网站。 _____________________ 笔者简介 蔡甜子目前是一位自由撰稿人、文字编辑和翻译。

我怀念的马来美食

蔡甜子 我在新加坡前后共生活过五年,期间,因为学校活动和走访朋友曾去过马来西亚的新山多次,也品尝了不少它的美食。如今回想起来,真令我垂涎不已。 大马美食大致可按名族划分,有华人、马来和印度食品三类。我对马来食品可谓情有独钟。 娘惹糕点就是其中之一。娘惹或峇峇娘惹其实是指华人和马来人通婚的后代。娘惹糕点则融合了华人食品和马来食品的双重口味。我吃的一种是早餐,它由椰子和面粉做成的外皮裹着肉末和腌制蔬菜的内芯,好像包子和糕点的混合体。听说在马六甲的峇峇查理店里可以买到上等货。 另一个让我记忆犹新的马来食品是椰浆饭。其实我在新加坡待了两年才被朋友说服去尝尝它。谁也不料,我第一次吃便被深深地爱上了它。它特有的参巴马来盏,即用虾、辣椒和香料制成的辣椒酱,特别入味,无论跟什么拌在一起都香浓爽口。 除了它们,我还常常怀念的是叻沙汤面。叻沙也是娘惹类食品,能跟参巴马来盏媲美。真想有朝一日我也能熬出叻沙,再加些椰奶煮面给没吃过马来美食的朋友们品尝。 如果你喜欢本文并且想要了解更多关于去马来西亚旅游的知识,那么请访问马来西亚旅游网站。 ________________ 笔者简介 蔡甜子目前是一位自由撰稿人、文字编辑和翻译。
